Biography
Professor Jay Cai received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. His expertise includes executive compensation, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions. His research has been published in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Financial Management, Financial Analyst Journal, and the Journal of Derivatives. He has also presented research work at numerous conferences. His work has been quoted by Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, CNBC, Reuters, Fox Business News, and other media sources.
