 s-on\nexecutive to a strategist mindset. Directors Academy is a one day\nc
 orporate governance focused program for new board members. This\nprogram p
 rovides an intensive and highly-focused interactive dialogue\nbetween part
 icipants and leading executives\, corporate directors\,\npolicy makers\, l
 egal and financial services experts on critical issues\nfacing boards toda
 y. The small\, targeted environment affords peer to\npeer exchange and the
  opportunity for participants to connect with\nsitting\, seasoned board me
 mbers.\n\nDirectors Academy is held twice annually in the fall and spring.
  Upon\ncompletion of two Directors Academy programs\, participants are awa
 rded\na Certificate in Director Education and walk away with an\nunderstan
 ding of the increasingly complex and ever-changing role of a\ncorporate bo
 ard member prepared to contribute to discussions occurring\nin the boardro
