This c omes at the cost of a fall in economic activity\,\nwhich is borne unequall y across society: poorer households lower their\nconsumption significantly while richer households are less affected.\nThe poor are more exposed bec ause of their higher energy share and\,\nimportantly\, also experience a l arger fall in income. Targeted fiscal\npolicy can help alleviate these cos ts while maintaining emission\nreductions.\n\n [https://] Paper:\nhttps:// dkaenzig.github.io/diegokaenzig.com/Papers/kaenzig_jmp_unequal_consequence s_carbon_pricing.pdf\n DTSTART:20230421T180000Z DTEND:20230421T193000Z LOCATION:Gerri C.
