DESCRIPTION: \n\nThe conference will provide a forum for discussing recent 
 trends and\ndevelopments in financing investments in energy efficiency and
 \nsustainability for commercial real estate assets. Recent State/Federal\n
 legislation provides incentives for financing projects with energy\neffici
 ency and sustainability features that allow for a reduction of\nthe overal
 l project cost of capital while helping efforts in improving\nthe environm
 ent\, public health and safety. C-PACE financing is an\nimportant new vehi
 cle that enables such benefits. The conference will\nprovide updates on ke
 y provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)\nand discuss the growing
  set of stakeholders in the C-PACE market at\nthe regional and national le
 vels.\n\nThe conference is co-organized with the Philadelphia Energy Autho
 rity.\n
