 shed in such leading academic journals as the\nJournal of Finance\, Journa
 l of Financial Economics\, Review of\nFinancial Studies and the Journal of
  Financial and Quantitative\nAnalysis. It has been cited by the New York T
 imes\, LA Times\, Wall\nStreet Journal\, Financial Times\, Bloomberg and B
 arron’s as well as\nappeared on CNBC and included in testimony before th
 e U.S. Congress\nHouse Financial Services Committee.\n\nChris also provide
 s a number of economic and financial forecasts in\nthe community as well a
 s to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to arriving\nat UCI\, Christopher receiv
 ed his Ph.D. from the University of\nMassachusetts Amherst\, during which 
 he was also a Visiting Doctoral\nFellow at Yale University’s Internation
 al Center of Finance. He\nreceived his B.S. from Babson College in Wellesl
