Rotational Programs

A rotational program is a structured way for new graduates to experience multiple areas within a company over a set period, often ranging from 18 months to 2 years. During each “rotation,” you’ll work in a different department or on a new project. This not only provides a well-rounded understanding of the company but also helps you discover your strengths and areas of interest.

Most Rotational Program Applications become due between September – November. Start your research on rotational programs at companies that interest you the summer before your final year at Drexel.
