Chris Radvansky, BS business administration 2007, recently started his entrepreneurial journey after more than 10 years working with an HR consulting firm serving clients including Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company and Cigna.
Radvansky now owns Rad Consultants, a boutique HR analytics consulting firm serving bespoke dashboards and strategic consulting for leaders in the flex workforce industry. He also advocates for AI enablement and has a glass-half-full vision for the future with exponential technology playing a major role.
The shift towards AI and adjusting expectations around skills has led Radvansky to focus on human resilience in which he shares philosophical teachings on stage with his speaking business, The Rad Stoic.
