Prior to this, Bagin was Chief Human Resources officer at Tory Burch, the privately held, global women’s fashion brand, where she was responsible for redesigning the organization structure to support new strategic priorities and change management initiatives to transition to an omnichannel retail operating model.

At Campbell Soup Company, Bagin held a number of leadership positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in Human Resources Vice President, Campbell North America, Global Supply Chain and Global R&D. In this role, she provided strong business partnership and led the HR team for a $5 billion business unit and the two largest global functions.
