Shante Blackwell '11

Shante Blackwell (BS business administration 2011) is an investment banker with deep roots spanning across advocating for economic mobility for underserved communities and first-generation college students. Having spent more than two years in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, she has worked on transactions advising clients that span across fitness, health and wellness, beauty and consumer products.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Blackwell served as an Operations Officer at JPMorgan, supporting Group Heads within the Consumer Retail/Business Services and Real Estate investment banking groups and held prior roles across FP&A and accounting at The Navigator’s Group and Ernst & Young LLP.

Blackwell serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, the board of Soar Mentorship and on the Associate Board of You Gotta Believe. She has been an active volunteer and mentor of first-generation college students with America Needs You, and previously served as the Leadership Council Chair of World of Money. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
