“Dressing to the nines will get you in the door but what Chuck Piola has to say will keep the door from hitting you in the behind.”
Chuck Piola is the consummate entrepreneur. As an accomplished teacher of both History and Music, Chuck recognized at a young age that in order to support his family and attain the lifestyle he desired, he needed to step out of the classroom. So, Chuck stepped into sales. With the same grit and determination that helped him overcome a severe childhood stuttering condition, Chuck conquered fear and rejection to excel as a salesman. In 1986 Chuck partnered with a small family-run business, blazing its trail to become a publicly traded global enterprise. In just a dozen years his company went from sixty clients to 80,000, from $70,000 in revenue to over a billion dollars annually, and from four employees to a staff of more than 20,000 worldwide. How did he do it? One cold call at a time.
Chuck Piola exemplifies leadership. He has trained hundreds of people in the art of sales, management, and relationship marketing, and he is a much sought after consultant. Chuck sits on the boards of several non-profit community organizations such as The Boy Scouts of America, The International Institute for Culture, The Chester County Historical Society, and Regina Coeli Academy. He is an active member of Legatus and a recent inductee to the Knights of Malta.
Chuck Piola defines character. Rather than subscribing to the notion that faith life should be separated from business life, Chuck’s faith is the foundation for everything he has accomplished. Speaking from experience, and always with his innate wit, charm, and enthusiasm, Chuck offers examples of ethical business solutions.
