In lieu of being able to hold the event in the traditional face-to-face setting, we are opting to move things online. Featured presentations focus on papers chosen for our highly selective spring corporate governance conference. Each hour-long seminar will begin with the authors’ presentation, followed by discussant remarks and audience Q&A.

Seminars will be held via Zoom. By registering for this event, you will automatically have access to all five seminars via Zoom. The Zoom link that will be used for the seminars will be sent upon registration.
