2021 Corporate Governance Conference
Conference Information
We invite you to join us for the 14th Annual Drexel Corporate Governance conference. The conference is hosted by Drexel University’s Gupta Governance Institute (GGI) in collaboration with the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). The event will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 15 - 16th. The conference will begin at 12:00 p.m. EDT (18:00 CET) and end at 3:00 p.m. EDT (21:00 CET) each day.
To register to attend on Thursday, April 15 and/or Friday, April 16, please click on the “Sign Up” button above. You will receive a Zoom link that will permit you to attend on either day. You do not need to register separately to attend on Friday, April 16.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held online. To facilitate discussions, there will be optional breakout rooms on both days. There will also be a New Ideas session on Day 1.
WRDS is sponsoring the conference, including a $1,000 best paper prize. The following papers will be presented:
