LeBow to Host International Corporate Reputation Conference
The Center for Corporate Reputation Management at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business will host the 8th edition of the Corporate Identity and Associations Research Group (CIARG) on September 8 to 10 on Drexel’s campus. The international conference was designed to provide a forum for pioneering research on corporate identity and associations, where scholars share their best ideas and receive thoughtful constructive feedback from other experts.
This year’s conference theme is “Ethical Leadership and Marketing in the Stakeholder-Oriented Corporation.” Rohit Deshpande of Harvard Business Schoolwill serve as the keynote speaker. Additionally, Ajay Kohli of Georgia Tech, Ron Hill of Villanova and Stephen Greyser of Harvard Business will serve on the editors panel that will discuss the present and future of corporate associations in marketing literature. Additionally, approximately 30 scholars from around the country will present topical papers, literature reviews, conceptual development and empirical work.
CIARG was created to unite leading theorists, researchers and practitioners interested in understanding “the managerial choices and actions involved in corporate identity formation and communication, and the resulting interpretations and reactions of individual, group, and societal constituents.”
