Biography
Andrew S. Genetta, Esq. is a civil litigation lawyer with many years of law practice experience and specializes in complex & general commercial and tort legal matters. His law practice has taken him all over the country including inside Manhattan’s Holland Tunnel. He was a partner in Katz, Lane, Ettin, Levine & Weber for 16 years, a prominent Delaware Valley law firm and prior to that practiced at several boutique law practices in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Genetta is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is reserved for high dollar practitioners, and is currently barred in NJ and PA state & federal jurisdictions. He is an Associate Clinical Professor teaching at LeBow College of Business since 2014, and before that part time as an adjunct beginning 2005. Professor Genetta is highly ranked by his Drexel students as an effective and engaging law professor and is known for his Socratic classes. He teaches Criminal Law, White Collar Crime Law, Tort Law, and Contract Law.
