Before making an appointment, you will need to know the Remedyforce ticket number associated with your support request. This will be emailed to you if you already have an active ticket for your issue in Remedyforce. If you do not have an active ticket, please first create one in Remedyforce. Having a ticket in advance will ensure we’re prepared to assist you when you arrive.
Creating a Ticket in Remedyforce
NOTE: This should only be done if you DO NOT currently have an open ticket for the issue you are creating an appointment to discuss.
- Browse to http://drexel.edu/ServiceDesk.
- Select Report a Problem.
- Complete the form selecting LeBow Tech under Who would you like to contact?.
Creating an Appointment
- Browse to http://lebow.me/ScheduleHelp.
- Complete the intake form with the type of appointment and select Continue.
- Choose a date/time that works best for you and select Confirm.
- Complete the Enter Details form being sure to include your ticket number and select Schedule Event.
