Using Your Official Drexel Zoom License

Some Drexel faculty members have begun utilizing a security feature within Zoom that restricts access to Zoom meetings to only members of the Drexel community. When this feature is engaged, to join a meeting, you must be signed in to the Zoom application installed on your computer with your official Drexel licensed Zoom account. If you have not signed in to the Zoom app with the correct account, you will be prompted to do so when attempting to access a class meeting where the security feature has been enabled.

Additionally, if you signed up for a Zoom account on the https://zoom.us website using your Drexel email account, the security feature will allow you to enter the meeting, however, you will show us as a (Guest).

Follow the steps below to ensure you are properly signed in to the Zoom app so that you can attend classes without incident.
