Ms. DiPaolo is currently the President of the legal entity of Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Professional Scientific Services (PSS), LLC with full P/L responsibility and Global Head of the PSS business currently providing services in 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. She was involved in the business model creation of the PSS brand from its initiation which is now celebrating its 15 year anniversary.
The PSS business model manages in-house laboratory services for the Biopharmaceutical industry responsible for setting up, validating, LEANing and managing laboratory services in-house for both large and small molecule, early phase development to finished product testing. Ms. DiPaolo has led and grown the business into scientific disciplines including analytical chemistry, biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, genomics, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, medical device testing, agronomy, and field science with currently 1500 scientific professionals advancing molecules and drug products to market offering services in 15 countries.
With Ms. DiPaolo’s visionary leadership PSS has differentiated itself in the marketplace by forming strong commercial strategic partnerships through value creation, vision, and employee engagement strategies. The strategic nature of serving and forming strategic partnerships has resulted in PSS receiving 10 client strategic partnership awards in the last 9 years, the only insourcing solution in the industry to receive such designation.
She has led this business in 15 countries establishing legal entities in compliance with employment and commercial law with significant double digit growth year over year. Due to her success in quickly growing the business, Ms. DiPaolo received the highest recognition at Eurofins as the best performing business unit in 2013.
Ms. DiPaolo’s prior corporate experience began in HR leadership of the business charged with creating proactive technical recruiting practices. She led both recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development. She then moved into operational technical management in laboratory operations early on in her career. Prior to PSS Ms. DiPaolo turned the HR function into an external profit center responsible for commercial development and consulting.
In addition to Ms. DiPaolo’s corporate experience she also successfully led a non-profit Board, SHRM Lancaster Chapter, doubling membership during her tenure and receiving two Superior Merit awards during her Presidency.
