Bob’s role with the Campbell Soup Company focuses on all HR related aspects of external corporate development including diligence, negotiation and integration. Prior to this role, Bob led Total Rewards, encompassing broad-based compensation, executive compensation, benefits and M&A. He was a pension and 401(k) plan fiduciary, serving on the respective Campbell Administrative Committees, both with nearly $2 billion in plan assets. Prior to joining Campbell Soup in 2004, Bob had a 23-year career with the DuPont Company, in which he also played a start-up role with the DuPont-Merck Pharmaceutical Company joint venture.
Bob received a BBA in Finance from Temple University and his MBA from Drexel University. He is a former member of the HR Committee of the United Way of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
