Professor of Economics
Daniel Mirza holds a PhD from the University of Paris I, (France). He is a Professor at the University of Tours, an associated researcher at CEPII (Paris) and Globalization and Economic Policy (Nottingham, RU). Researcher at the Orléans Economics Laboratory, he co-led one of his teams (International Economy and Sustainable Development) between 2015 and 2024. His work focuses on international trade in goods and services, as well as globalization and conflicts related issues, with a large number of publications in various peer-reviewed scientific journals. He has been a consultant and scientific coordinator of several projects related to international trade on behalf of different ministries and national and international organizations such as the OECD and the World Bank.
