Intern and Track Coach

Danielle is in her final year of the Sport Management Graduate Program in the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. She is also in her fourth year of coaching Track & Field at the high school level. She has previously coached at Germantown Friends Academy, Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School and most recently, Rancocas Valley Regional High School.
Currently, Danielle interns with Stafford Sports and Positive Impact Sports & Entertainment where she assists in the creation of proposals for high profiled clients in the collegiate sports spectrum, conducts industry research to update and inform senior staff of both firms on new trends. She assists with the completion of market studies for new sports facilities while conducting specific tasks such as assignments for client maintenance, special events, event marketing and updating Stafford’s website and Positive Impact’s marketing materials.
Cook joined the Rancocas Valley Regional High School staff in July 2018 from her role as Health & Fitness Teacher and Co-Head Coach, Track & Field at Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School where she spent two years imparting, directing, and influencing the youth of Philadelphia. She continues to do the same with the students and athletes she teaches and coaches at Rancocas Valley.
Cook got her start in athletics at the young age of eight running for the Willingboro Track Club and then being a part of the State Champion Willingboro High School girls track team. She has spent many hours giving back to the next generation through teaching at the high school level, volunteering efforts, and mentoring programs that she has been a part of.
A former NCAA Division II Collegiate Track & Field athlete, Danielle graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of the District of Columbia in 2009. After graduation, she served as a Field Representative for Account Marketing with Adidas America in the DC/Maryland territory for three years. Danielle is looking forward to pursuing her career in athletics after graduation and becoming an asset to the athletic administration industry.
She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and currently resides in Willingboro, NJ.
