Darren had over 25 years of leadership experience across Corp. Dev. and Finance, executing over 50 global M&A and investment transactions. He recently formed DMD Advisors with former colleagues in 2023, providing M&A and startup advisory. Previously, he was Partner and Managing Director at Pasaca Capital, and Vice President of Corporate Development of Motorola Mobility (acquired by Google).
Darren received his MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and BS in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University. He attended leadership programs at Kellogg School of Management, Harvard Business School, etc. He also served as Adjunct faculty member at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, teaching experiential learning, entrepreneurship, and corporate venturing.
