She is the executive director of the NFIB Research Center where she conducts original research and studies public policy effects on small businesses.
Holly produces the monthly Small Business Economic Trends survey and national employer surveys on topics related to small business operations. She is a member of the National Association of Business Economics, National Economists Club, and the Department of Commerce’s Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Small and Minority Business. She has undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Washington and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Denver.
