Kapil R. Dandekar received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1997. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 and 2001, respectively. In 1992, he worked at the U.S. Naval Observatory and from 1993-1997, he worked at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory.
In 2001, Dandekar joined the Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is currently a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Drexel University; the Director of the Drexel Wireless Systems Laboratory (DWSL); Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies in the Drexel University College of Engineering.
