Margaret is a sought-out advisor to public and private education organizations, health systems and physician practices. She was a practice leader at PwC and the US representative on PwC’s Global Higher Education network. She has led several multibillion dollars transactions in the higher education and healthcare industry, guiding integration planning and implementation in the governance, operating model design, financial assessment including synergy analysis, operations and technology disciplines. Her focus with leaders has been assisting in strategic positioning and negotiations with stakeholders including third parties, faculty, physicians and health systems.
Margaret received her BS from the University of Mary Washington, and her MHA from Duke University. Additional executive certificates from Harvard Business School/IESE and INSEAD. She is an adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University and serves on JHU’s MHA Advisory Board.
