Maria Belinda deJesus ‘90

Belinda deJesus is a local Philadelphian and embodies the city’s reputation for hard work and perseverance. She is a graduate of the LeBow School of Business with a dual concentration in Accounting and Operations Management and is a licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania.

She started her career as an Auditor at KPMG International, where she was a Drexel Co- op student. From there, she was a Senior Financial Accountant at Asian American Partners, a Philadelphia based retailer known as ‘The Eagles’ Eye.“ She then moved on to Aetna as an Operations Manager, spearheading the use of a web-based customer service interaction center. Looking for a change, Belinda embarked on her SAP journey 22 years ago as a Financial Software consultant, responsible for installing and implementing financials at a variety of global customers in Oil & Gas, Utility, High-Tech, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Products, and Professional Services. Belinda then moved on to the Pre-Sales organization as a Demonstration Engineer, building prototypes and customized software demonstrations to showcase the latest features and functions.

Currently, Belinda is a Program Director in the Global Business Operations, Market Introduction team, focused on connecting customers with SAP’s newest products and innovations. This includes active engagement in SAP Influence programs where customers’ ideas, feedback, and experiences are used to help improve current offerings and shape SAP’s future software and services. Belinda is also involved in the SAP Diversity & Inclusion initiative and is passionate about supporting opportunities for everyone to shine, showcase and share their talents, professionally and personally.

Belinda and her husband, also a Drexel alumnus, are the proud parents of 4 children, and are active in a variety of community and charitable organizations in the Delaware Valley. They travel extensively with the family and are avid Philadelphia sports fans.
