Mark Koesterer is the founder of The Players NIL, where he creates cutting-edge leadership programs that give the next generation of student-athletes the skills they need to succeed far beyond sports.
As a former college athlete, he has firsthand experience navigating the collegiate world.
As a father of college athletes, Koesterer was actively involved with supporting the requirements needed to compete at the highest level, while maintaining focus on broader life goals.
As the president and CEO of Sports Studio, he helped build a successful Hollywood sports and entertainment company. There, he gained expert-level experience in digital marketing, branding, production, group licensing, sponsorship, influencer marketing, apparel design and production and fan engagement.
