Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Mary Beth joined Pinnacle Foods as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2013. Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership team, she leads all Human Resources responsibilities throughout the company, including organization development and learning, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and communications.
Before Pinnacle, Mary Beth served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Hillshire Brands, as well as Senior Vice President, Compensation and Benefits for The Sara Lee Corporation. Earlier in her career, she progressed in Human Resources leadership positions at The Pepsi Bottling Group and General Mills.
Mary Beth earned her Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BS degree in Business Administration from Drexel University (Class of 1992).
Mary Beth has remain engaged with Drexel through a variety of activities, including serving on the President’s Leadership Advisory Council, speaking at an alumni networking event in New York City, and speaking to LeBow students in a Lunch, Learn and Lead presentation. She was named to the WACE Co-Op Hall of Fame in 2012 representing her experience at Drexel. In addition, Mary Beth and her husband, Jake, fund an annual scholarship for a deserving LeBow student.
Outside of work, Mary Beth is active in her community. She is a certified swimming official and is engaged with the Lakeland Hills YMCA swim team where her son swims competitively. Mary Beth sings with the New Jersey Conservatory of Music, performing twice a year in concerts with full orchestra.
