Suzanne F. Kaplan, often referred to as The Millennial Decoder, is president of Talent Balance, a top-rated speaker and highly regarded multi-generational leadership trainer. She works with leaders to go beyond generational hype and stereotypes to bridge styles, foster collaboration, and improve workforce communications, engagement, innovation and productivity.
With deep experience in both the public and private sectors, Suzanne has partnered with a wide range of organizations in pharmaceutical, financial services, consumer products, IT, manufacturing, academic and other sectors. Prior to founding Talent Balance, she was managing principal of MultiCultural Solutions and held a variety of corporate executive positions in employee relations, organization development, corporate business and strategic planning.
