My primary research interests lie in behavioral and corporate finance, intersecting with labor, organizational, and health economics. My research examines the interplay between economic, psychological and social factors that influence firms, managerial behavior and individuals. It emphasizes the human aspect of these dynamics, highlighting that economic agents are people, both shaping and being shaped by their economic environment.
