The Wilbur C. Henderson Real Estate Institute in the Bennett S. LeBow College of Business at Drexel University is dedicated to delivering a world-class academic experience built around hands-on practitioner learning that is instantly translatable to the real world.

The Henderson Institute’s Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an individual who has not only achieved 25+ years of success in the real estate industry but over-come significant barriers while obtaining industry success. In addition, recipients are considered for criteria based on their contribution to the industry and commitment to helping others overcome barriers.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is founded and funded in perpetuity by the Henderson Real Estate Institute.

Award Eligibility Criteria

  1. A career span of 25+ years focused on improving the overall real estate experience
  1. Demonstrates a clear vision on how strong positive leadership drives results
  2. Consistently shares their time and experience with the community
  3. Consistently does the right thing to promote an ethical culture
  4. Made a definite, positive impact on the advancement of the real estate industry and its participants.

Inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award

On Nov. 13, 2024, the Institute will recognize the founder of The Goldie Initiative, Goldie B. Wolfe Miller, with the inaugural lifetime achievement award at their “Overcoming Barriers” event at the Pyramid Club in Philadelphia.
