Drexel LeBow Real Estate Management and Development

Setting the foundation for tomorrow.

Drexel University’s AACSB-accredited LeBow College of Business offers a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary Real Estate Management and Development (REMD) major for undergraduates. The hands-on curriculum provides driven and determined students with the skills, knowledge and experience to lead in the growing field of real estate management, develop real-world solutions and build a better world.

Through the REMD major, students will not only develop critical-thinking skills, business acumen, technological capabilities and social responsibility awareness, they will also learn about the evolving environment of property management and its complex asset types, such as multifamily apartments, office buildings, retail centers, affordable housing and more. Located in Philadelphia, Drexel LeBow’s immersive REMD program utilizes its surrounding real estate market as its outdoor classroom — including the nearby FMC tower and the Schuylkill Yards development.

Additionally, Drexel LeBow’s new Wilbur C. Henderson Real Estate Institute — expected to open in 2024 — will support REMD students. The Institute will be a place for research, teaching and outreach, driving students’ civic engagement and providing them with an important lens of sustainability, equity and inclusion as the real estate industry continues to evolve.
