Accounting Department Advisory Council

Throughout the year, the Accounting Advisory Council provides invaluable input to assist the department in enhancing its curriculum and programming. The council has helped us to update the accounting curriculum to ensure that it is in alignment with the needs of prospective employers and in compliance with the new Pennsylvania CPA requirements. They have provided guidance and support to students to assist them in achieving their career goals in the field of accounting. They have also provided advice on new initiatives to expand the department’s programs, such as professional development offerings and networking events.
