Dean Tsetsekos Appointed to Philadelphia Fed’s New Economic Advisory Council

Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business Dean George P. Tsetsekos, Ph.D., has been appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s newly established Economic Advisory Council. The council will advise Federal Reserve officials on regional business conditions and economic issues that have an impact on the marketplace. Council members serve a three-year term.

Dean Tsetsekos was selected for his wide-ranging expertise in valuation and corporate restructuring; treasury and risk/hedging operations; investment banking; securitization; emerging capital markets; multinational finance, and bank asset-liability management.

The council also includes Renee Amoore, president and CEO, the Amoore Group, and a member of Dean Tsetsekos’ Advisory Board. The Economic Advisory Council includes representatives from the tourism, health care, retail, and food industries and organized labor.
