Drexel University's LeBow College of Business Wins APEX 2007 Grand Award for Publications
LeBow Also Recognized With Nine Awards of Excellence
Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, one of the Philadelphia region’s premier business schools, has been awarded the APEX 2007 Grand Award for Total Publications Programs http://www.apexawards.com/ in the Campaigns, Programs and Plans category. LeBow College’s selection, comprised of representative samples of its range of publications, was among only 114 recipients of Grand Awards from around the globe.
This marks the third consecutive year that LeBow College of Business has been recognized with APEX Awards. The College has garnered a total of three Grand Awards and 17 Awards of Excellence since 2005.
APEX 2007 – the 19th Annual Awards for Publication Excellence – is an international competition that recognizes outstanding publications. The awards are based on excellence in graphic design, quality of editorial content and the success of the entry in conveying the message and achieving overall communications effectiveness.
According to the judges, "The entire range of LeBow publications offers striking, dynamic visuals and a consistent – and very professional – organizational identity, while at the same time providing variety across the range of publications and within publications. Copywriting is equally first-rate and the combination of design and content is a happy one."

The APEX Awards for Publication Excellence is an annual competition for writers, editors, publications staff and business and nonprofit communicators. It is sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc., publishers of business communication reports.
In the 19th Annual APEX Awards, 4,916 entries were evaluated.
