March 09, 2015

Drexel LeBow marketing professor Rajneesh Suri has won the Academy of Marketing Science’s 2015 Lamb-Hair-McDaniel Outstanding Marketing Teacher Award. He will receive the award at the Academy of Marketing Science’s annual conference in Denver, Colo. in May.

Professor Suri will give a presentation at the conference that details his teaching philosophy. “I feel honored to receive this award,” says Suri. “It gives me the ability to share classroom innovations, and the application of technology and scientific tools used in my classroom, with colleagues in a national forum. It demonstrates the cutting-edge technology incorporated in the brand new building at the LeBow College of Business and highlights the encouragement provided by the University in developing collaboration between disciplines.”

Professor Suri will be joined by his two fellow 2015 awardees as they share their approach to teaching. The winners will also serve as members of the 2016 Selection Committee.
