Biography
Al joined LeBow in 2000 after graduating Drexel University with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
As Director of Technology, Al oversees all aspects of the LeBow Technical Support Help Desk including desktop support, audio/visual classroom support and the LeBow server farm.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise LeBow Help Desk and server farm operations as well as A/V support in all LeBow classrooms and meeting spaces
- Manage facilities maintenance and improvement projects
- Manage all LeBow technical hardware, software and dataset purchases
- Liaise with other university technical units including Drexel IT to support LeBow operations and provide assistance to the university at large
