Biography
Tina is responsible for managing the Online MBA and Part-time MBA programs at Drexel University. In addition to these programs, she oversees the Project Management minor, the Graduate Certificate, and the MS in Sport Business. In her role, she is responsible for managing the student lifecycle, which includes academic advising and program logistics. Tina’s career at Drexel began in 2014 with Drexel University Online, where she worked in recruitment and business development. She joined LeBow College of Business in 2018. In March 2023, she became an adjunct faculty member and teaches the Career Management Capstone course to undergraduate students.
Outside of her professional role, Tina actively participates in several key organizations at Drexel University. She is a member of Black Employees at Drexel (BEAD), DEI Partners, and the Center for Black Culture Co-Curricular Council. She has also previously served as the Director of Communications and Vice President for the Employee Resource Group (ERG) Bienvenidos. These groups focus on fostering partnerships through information and resource sharing, networking, and collaboration to advance the University’s commitments to equity and anti-racism.
Tina is a first-generation graduate and holds a BA in Psychology from Wesley College, an MA in School Counseling from Rider University, a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of Michigan, and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from Drexel University’s School of Education.
