Biography
I am a Ph.D. candidate in economics at Drexel University, and on the 2024-2025 job market. My research focuses on applied microeconomics. I am particularly interested in Applied Microeconomics, Labor Economics, and Experimental Economics. In my job market paper, I study the effect of Paid Family Leave Policy (PFL) on labor market outcomes. My paper focuses on the impact of this policy, and how it affects gender inequality in the labor market. I am experienced in processing big textual data, and conducting online experiment. I am proficient in various coding packages such as oTree, SpaCy.
