Woods, executive director of the Raj & Kamla Gupta Governance Institute, co-authored a Nov. 5 Fortune opinion article about how the BANI framework, which stands for Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear and Incomprehensible, has emerged and how organizations and businesses can work within this framework to adapt, survive and thrive.
