Drexel Athletics Director Maisha Kelly was one of the featured speakers at “A Catalyst for the Cause: Fostering Greater Equity in Sports,” an annual conference addressing gender issues in sports hosted by the LeBow College of Business’ Department of Sport Business, and she used her platform to address the growing effects of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) compensation for college student-athletes.
