LeBow College of Business was featured in a Wall Street Journal article titled "Sustainability Is a Growing Theme," which addresses a new effort led by Dave Stangis, vice president of corporate social responsibility and sustainability at Campbell Soup Co., to integrate social responsibility related initiatives within college curricula.
Mr. Stangis says he spends a few days a week with professors and students at business schools like the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, Columbia Business School, and Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. "What I want them to figure is what's really cutting edge," he says. The job of the students is to figure out "what the best companies are doing in this space."
