Scheduling a Zoom Meeting on Behalf of Another User

Zoom only allows users to host 1 meeting at a time. As such, you should only ever schedule meetings on your account where you will be the primary host. If you are assisting other individuals with scheduling Zoom meetings, it is recommended you have them give you permission to schedule those meetings on their behalf. When you schedule a meeting for someone else, it will use their Zoom license when the session is live freeing up your personal account.
