Isaac Singleton, ’19
BSBA in Real Estate Management & Development (REMD) and Finance
Isaac Singleton ‘19 dove head first into the real-world experience that Drexel provided in LeBow’s undergraduate Real Estate Management and Development (REMD) program.
By the time he graduated, Singleton gained knowledge in valuing real estate, underwriting deals, understanding zoning code and more.
That experience was crucial when one of his professors connected him with a post-grad opportunity at The HOW Group, an award-winning real estate property management organization in Philadelphia.
“What helped me stand out in the interview process is that I had experience in the business.” Singleton said. “There wasn’t a learning curve for me and they didn’t have to spend time training me.”
Singleton has advanced through several years with the organization, rising up to senior project analyst with The HOW Group.
