The primary business challenge of operating in an indirect model is that we have little insight to what happens with our product once it leaves our factory. Once our brewer has been installed and an end-customer begins interacting with our brand via their new brewer and drinks, we have had no ability to impact that experience – until now.

That time is so valuable to office managers that not only are 88% of U.S. office managers interested in FLAVIA smart beverage system, but 64% are willing to increase their monthly beverage management budget to pay for it.
