LeBow Alumna Wins Corporate Governance Award

Stacie Roberts, MBA ‘10, director of corporate governance at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, was named one of Corporate Secretary magazine’s Governance Professionals of the Year (in the small- to mid-cap category) at the magazine’s seventh annual Corporate Governance Awards ceremony held recently in New York City.

Michael P. McMasters, president and CEO of Chesapeake, says: “As recipient of the Governance Professional of the Year award for small- to mid-cap sized companies, Stacie Roberts was recognized for her ongoing contributions to the company’s governance framework and commitment to excellence.”
